cancellation policy.

*Please kindly note we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.

All cancellations and rescheduled appointments MUST be done within 48 hours.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will automatically be charged 25% of the scheduled appointment.

​

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.

​

NO SHOW appointments for any reason will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.

​

Any repeat of two appointments resulting in NO SHOW,

you will no longer be able to book an appointment at Salon LUX.

product return/ exchange policy.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We will gladly exchange your product for any other product on the shelf or a credit for future product purchases. We cannot offer credit for use toward your next visit with your stylist as they are independent and the product is purchased from the salon. We do not give cash back for returns.

Limitations: All product returns must be made within 7 days of original purchase.

All mechanical items (hot tools); brushes; accessories; special order sales are final sale.

service redo policy.

We strive to offer all of our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.

​

If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 3 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue.

​

The redo policy does not cover a change in style or color & a fee will be applied if necessary.

This is for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week.

 

Please note that most corrective color processes require multiple visits.

Due to this, color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.

children policy.

We love your munchkins and understand sometimes we have to bring our children with us.

However, to allow all guests to have a relaxing experience, we ask that children only be allowed when receiving a service. (excluding nursing babes)

If you absolutely must bring your child with you, we ask that they sit in the lobby (quietly) for liability purposes.

The salon may be harmful for littles with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects.
